Double-layer Sound-proof Car Wall Structure

Traction Machine
The traction machine of the GRPS70 high-speed elevator adopts the coaxial inner-rotor double-support transmission technique and boasts a stable structure and efficient smooth operation. Four sets of synchronous disc-type brakes constitute a multi-circuit braking system, which ensures the stable accurate braking of the traction machine at a rated speed.

Door Operator

The door operator of the GRPS70 high-speed elevator adopts many advanced techniques, such as VVVF position control and linear tooth-type belt transmission. With the unique rapid door opening and closing design, it achieves the smooth opening and closing of the door and improves the running efficiency of the elevator.

Safety Gear

The car of the GRPS70 high-speed elevator is equipped with a protection device with a double-safety gear structure. Its brake block is made of silicon-nitrogen compound materials featuring high heat and wear resistance to ensure safe braking.

Compensating Rope Tensioning Device

The compensating rope tensioning device of the GRPS70 high-speed elevator ensures the stability of the compensating rope during elevator operation, eliminates the hidden danger of traditional compensation devices and improves the safety and reliability of the elevator.

Overspeed Governor

The new-type overspeed governor is used for the GRPS70 high-speed elevator to replace traditional gear-type overspeed governors. It has the light ball directly installed on the inner side of the overspeed governor sheave, simplifies the structure of the mechanical device, can accurately control the change of the transmission speed and improves the rope gripping performance. Meanwhile, it is made of materials with a longer friction surface so it is more reliable than regular models in terms of rope gripping performance.

Guide Shoe

The multidirectional composite noise-reducing roller guide shoe is used for the GRPS70 high-speed elevator. The high polymer polyurethane material of the roller boasts high resistance in high-frequency vibration and abrasion and can absorb high-frequency vibration caused by slight waves when the roller runs along the guiderail. Meanwhile, the vibration-reducing spring on the roller arm is made of special spring steel, which can reduce the impact produced when the roller rolls over the guiderail to ensure the smooth operation of the car.

Advanced Techniques (Optional)
Four-quadrant Drive Technique (Optional)

The four-quadrant VF drive technique is adopted. It improves the speed control and response capabilities through torque offset. With excellent speed tracking performance at great acceleration and deceleration, it ensures comfortable elevators. Through the active front end (AFE), it precisely controls the voltage of the busbar and achieves efficient energy feedback. The harmonic wave of the feedback is less than 5%.

Target Floor Group Control Management System (Optional)

With the integrated expert system, fuzzy logic, neural networks and other advanced dispatching techniques, it achieves dynamic scattered waiting, automatic recognition during rush hours, dynamic services for different zones, directional prediction and other functions. It provides efficient operation and dispatching plans for high-end commercial buildings and reduces their power consumption.

Remote Control (Optional)

Through wired or wireless communication modules, you can monitor the running state of the elevator and passengers in the elevator in real time in the remote monitoring center to ensure the safety of passengers by effectively preventing hidden danger.

3D Door Protection Function (Optional)

The combination of the technique and the infrared technology enables light curtain protection to form a 3D region to effectively prevent people from bumping against or being gripped by the car door.
