On May 24, the opening ceremony of the 2025 Zhejiang Province "National Science and Technology Activity Week," themed "Building an Innovative Zhejiang, leading a New Quality Future," was grandly held at the Hangzhou International Expo Center. The event was jointly hosted by the Zhejiang Provincial Department of Science and Technology, the Publicity Department of the Zhejiang Provincial Committee of the Communist Party of China, the Zhejiang Provincial Association for Science and Technology, and the Hangzhou Municipal People's Government. As the only elevator manufacturing enterprise in Huzhou City, Sicher Elevator was invited to attend the conference and signed a "Technology Vice President" plan with Zhejiang Water Resources and Hydropower College.

Mr. Niu Youquan, Deputy General Manager and Technical Director of Sicher Elevator, officially signed the agreement with Dr. Wei Shuichong, making him the first "Technology Vice President" of Sicher Elevator.
