It was developed through employee contributions from the Tianxin District Fire Brigade. The project has low elevator configurations, a high rate of operational failures, and increasing maintenance costs, leading to strong demand from residents for elevator renovations. To ensure the safety of residents and improve their quality of life, the project was successfully included in the long-term national bond subsidy program for the renovation of old residential elevators, with approval from the Tianxin District government.
