On September 19-20, Sicher Elevator welcomed over 300 faculty and students from Zhejiang Water Conservancy and Hydropower College and Huzhou Vocational and Technical College. The initiative aimed to bring the classroom into the enterprise, allowing students to enter the workshop classrooms, understand modern enterprise management, and explore future employment directions. As a pillar industry in the region, the elevator sector has gradually shifted from extensive "manufacturing" to "intelligent manufacturing." Local leading companies, including Sicher, have become frontrunners in "elevator intelligent manufacturing." However, talent remains the intellectual support for industrial upgrading and is a core element for achieving high-quality development in enterprises.
