To cultivate a high-quality, professional engineering management team, Sicher Elevator held the 2023 Branch Engineering Manager Training Conference at its headquarters on August 19-20. This systematic training aimed to equip engineering managers from branches nationwide with insights into current elevator market trends and to empower them with the latest business knowledge and professional requirements for better service in the frontline market.

The training was divided into external and internal sessions. The external training featured five invited senior industry experts who shared professional insights on three main topics: "Control Systems," "Main Engine Systems," and "Door Machine Systems." The discussions included higher requirements for control systems in line with new inspection regulations; structural and installation methods for main engine systems, along with common issues and solutions; as well as installation and maintenance of door machine systems. The conference provided detailed explanations through diverse on-site case studies and usage scenarios for the engineering managers.
